Conditions of Entry at Faith Leech Aquatic Centre

To ensure a pleasant and secure environment for all our members and guests, please take a moment to review our venue conditions of entry.

Our Venue

1. Children under the age of 10 years must be actively supervised by a parent/guardian at all times (guardian must be 16 years or older). 
2. Children under the age of 5 years should remain within arm’s reach. 
3. Follow staff instructions at all times. 
4. Follow Hazard & Regulation signs at all times. 
5. Respect rights of others. 
6. Inappropriate, foul language and aggressive behaviour is not welcome. 
7. Appropriate attire is to be worn. 
8. Management has the right to refuse entry. 
9. Consuming alcohol or visiting the centre while intoxicated is not permitted. 
10. Smoking is not permitted within the centre grounds. 
11. Glass items are not permitted in the facility. 
12. Membership pass must be scanned each time to be allowed entry to the facility, or a casual pass is purchased. 
13. Pass outs are available from reception and valid for 15 minutes. 
14. Permission to take photographs/video must be sought by management prior. 
15. Cameras (including mobile phones) are not permitted in change rooms or sensitive areas. 
16. Please acknowledge that when you are on the premises both your property and person shall be at your own risk and you will not hold the centre or its employees liable for personal injury or loss of property which may arise from any cause. 
17. No dogs or pets are allowed within the centre. Service and assistance dogs are permitted. 
18. Monofins and mermaid tails are banned 
19. In an emergency, please follow the lifeguard instructions.
